Hire a Room
For community groups, exercise & fitness, tuition, social – if you want to get people together, why not hire a room by the hour and meet at Harvest Fields Centre.
Rooms come in a standard layout and left as they were found. Equipment for tidy-up will be provided as needed.
The Green Room - £35/hour
A relaxed ground floor space with sofas, café tables and chairs, dedicated toilets (male, female and disabled), plus a separate entrance.
A serving area is linked to a private kitchen, which can also be hired.
For an additional deposit, a pay-and-play pool table is available.
This room works really well when hired in parallel with the games area just outside.
The Oak Room - £26/hour
A ground floor room with independent access from the car park.
Ideal for children’s parties and dance/fitness classes due to the wipeable floor.
Hire includes use of 40 chairs and six 6-foot tables.
The Hall - £40/hour
Our largest room is the size of two badminton courts. Its sports carpet makes it a versatile space for fitness and play.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept delivery of equipment in advance of the booking.

What's included in the price?
We will provide access to the space you have hired at the beginning of your booking. The equipment supplied with the room is explained in the descriptions above, which you can rearrange during your booking. We will supply you with cleaning equipment so that you can leave it clean, tidy and back in the original layout by the end of the booking.

How many people can I fit in? What size are the rooms?
The number of people you can host varies depending on the layout and activities you choose. Indicatively:
The Green Room is 13.5m x 8.5m and comfortably fit about 50 people.
The Oak Room is 10.5m x 7m and is comfortable with about 40 people.
The Hall is 16.5m x 18m and comes with 40 chairs.
Are there any bookings you don't take?
16+ birthday parties and similar adult celebrations & parties.
Can I give my guests alcohol?
Yes, but if you decide to charge for it then you will need a license, which we will ask to see before the booking. You are also responsible for the supply and removal of glassware.
How do I make a regular booking?
If you are interested in hiring space for a regular group or activity, please get in touch.
Can I bring food in for my event?
You are welcome to bring food in for your event in any of our rooms apart from the Hall.
