Our simple, transparent and all-inclusive rates take the stress out of venue booking. Our delegate rates include room hire, room set up, refreshments and equipment for either full or half day bookings.
With Lunch: £45 per delegate.
Without Lunch: £36 per delegate.
With Lunch: £39 per delegate.
Without Lunch: £25 per delegate.
Specific rooms can be booked subject to minimum delegate numbers.

All of our rooms come set up precisely to your specific requirements. Whether you need a data projector or a simple whiteboard, we've got you covered. With access to our superfast fibre Wi-Fi, you'll be online in no time and, should you encounter any issues, our technical support staff are always on hand to help out.
Our professional Hospitality Team are here to help your event run without a hitch. From providing you with refreshments such as tea and coffee (unlimited) to arranging a taxi booking, it's their job to make sure you have the best possible experience.
We aim to make your time with us hindrance free. With that in mind, our centre has full disabled access and facilities on both floors. With a lift to the 1st floor and rooms available with hearing loops, we do our best to provide a smooth experience for everyone.
You can upgrade your booking to include some optional extras. If required, provision of croissants, Danish pastries or assorted breakfast rolls is available. Our "With Lunch" packages include a delicious finger buffet lunch, served with a selection of fruit juices (see 'Food & Drink').
We offer some useful business services so that nothing gets in the way of your event being a success. Laptop hire, photocopying and conference calls are all available should you need them as well as the option for delegate registration with prior arrangement.
